James Gee has had a varied career as a public servant, business owner, mortgage broker, entrepreneur, and pizza delivery driver! He was crap at all of them. He has now brought this level of incompetence to Podcasting!
To me, an album is a work of art and should be played from start to finish, in order, as the artist intended.
I won’t talk over the music, you don’t paint over the Mona Lisa.
I will play the song in its entirety until the end of the fadeout. You don’t trim the edge off the Mona Lisa to fit your frame!
I only play tracks from CDs I own to guarantee the Songwriter/ Artist receives their royalties.
You won't necessarily hear the 'hits' from the artists I play each week. You can hear them on almost any retro radio station. On my show, you will hear their best album tracks, which, unless you own the album, you may never have heard.

As I have almost 1,500 albums and access to just about every song ever recorded on Spotify, I am constantly struggling to fit my favourite songs into 2 hours. Also, most people tend to request ‘hit’ songs, which everyone has heard a million times. I prefer to play the album tracks which did not receive a lot of airplay but are equally as good, sometimes better, than the ‘hits’.
‘Why don’t you get a decent announcer?’
‘Can you repeat that in English?’
'Any chance you can put a sock in it? (This show has so many ummms and aahhhs it’s like listening to a porno!)’
‘Any chance you could take some electrocution lessons?’
